The Magic Camera and all features of the PlayKids App are available on iPhones, iPads, and Android tablets and smartphones.
If the Magic Camera stops working on your device, please try to update the app and try again. If after that you still issues using the Magic Camera, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or click here.
Here is a step-by-step about how to have access on PlayKids App:
- With your device connected to the internet, open the PlayKids App and tap on Settings.
- Click on Use my account, than on I have an account.
- Log in using your e-mail or Facebook account.
Attention: If you have registered using your e-mail, you must select Login with E-mail, and if you have registered using Facebook, go to Login with Facebook. Make sure you are using the correct account.
